General
We specialize in organizing customized tours to Tibet that provide you with an unforgettable memory of a lifetime. The tour begins in Kathmandu and normally ends in Lhasa or in the major cities of mainland China (Chengdu, Beijing, Xian, Xining, Shanghai etc.). The tour can even be organized via mainland China (in Chengdu, Beijing, Xian, Xining, Shanghai etc.) and end in Kathmandu. Each trip can be tailored to fulfil the need of individuals, families or groups, as required. Our team of experienced professionals can organize the tour on a private basis for a solo traveller, couple, family and/or small groups. If you are on a tight budget, you have the option of joining an existing group, as we have fixed departure tours operating regularly from Kathmandu. We offer a wide variety of tours that take clients to the most beautiful and culturally significant places in Tibet: Lao Tingri, Everest Base Camp, Lhatse, Shigatse, Gyantse and Lake Yamdruk-Tso. Each tour closes with a two-day guided cultural excursion in Lhasa, where clients can visit the Potala, Drepung Monastery, etc., thus providing a truly comprehensive Tibet experience. The flight ticket or train ticket for departure to/from Lhasa can be arranged by our company and delivered to you either in Kathmandu, in Lhasa or in mainland China, wherever your tour commences from. Due to the strict travelling rules imposed by the Chinese government, travellers are not allowed to undertake any independent activity/tour inside Tibet other than the activity/tour in the package. So, once you complete the tour, you are not allowed to remain in Lhasa or Tibet independently, you must fly back to Kathmandu or travel further to mainland China.
